My original one broke and they replaced it right away with no hassle at all! They were very quick to respond and communicative and supportive. It’s very dainty, so be careful with the chain if you’re trying to adjust it. But it’s also very pretty.

It’s nice, delicate. But much smaller than expected, given the price. And it was difficult to get on due to the style of clasp: it wouldn’t stay open long enough due to the size (very small).

This is so lovely! It's more delicate-looking than I expected -- which is very much my style, so it's great -- and the chain leaves a lot of room for adjusting to accommodate different sizes. I'm not usually a fan of rose gold, but it works well on this and makes the blue really pop. Highly recommend!
