HOW MUCH DO YOU DONATE TO REFUGEE AID?
Seek Refuge is proud to donate 20% of our profits to refugee aid organizations.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Shop stress-free with free exchanges and $5 returns.
We get it, fit matters. If you need to exchange your item for a different size we will provide you with a shipping label so you can seamlessly exchange your item. If you don't love your item and wish to return it for a refund, we will provide a shipping label for a subsidized cost of $5. Email info@seekrefugeco.com within two weeks of receiving your order to set up an exchange or return.
Due to the nature of the item, face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.
CAN I WEAR SEEK REFUGE PIECES IF I'M NOT MUSLIM?
Yes! Anyone can join us on our mission to aid refugees through Islam-inspired streetwear. If you do not identify as Muslim or as a refugee, we encourage you to learn more about the brand, our mission, and the people we advocate for before purchasing.
DO YOU OFFER MENSWEAR?
While Seek Refuge was built as a modest fashion streetwear brand for Muslim women, we have since expanded into menswear. Some pieces such as Refuge Jackets are made unisex, while others such as Crew Love Crewnecks are made in men's and women's styles.
WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE?
We produce most of our products in Istanbul, Turkey, in a factory that employs refugees. We also use factories in the United States and China, all of which meet our criteria for ethical manufacturing practices.
